Shipping Policy

Your items will typically be shipped within 2 business days. Personalized order or high volume orders may take longer.

Shipping for Personalized Orders will depend on the volume ordered, the availability of vendor supplies and the number of orders that may be ahead of yours on my schedule.  I usually discuss all  personalized orders with the buyer so all these details can be addressed and agreed upon for you to receive your order in the time frame you desire.

Orders will be shipped via USPS, either by first class mail or Priority Mail.  Once shipped, I will notify you via email. 

Return & Exchange Policy

I want you to be happy with your cards... jump up and down happy.  If not, contact me and I will make it right.  If I have made a mistake with your order, return shipping will be paid by me and I will re-do your order at no additional cost to you.  If there's been no mistake on my part and if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may pay to return your items in original condition and I will offer you a complete refund.

 

If you have requested and approved a proof for your personalized order, I am unable to process a return unless there's been a mistake on my part.

 

Please be aware that due to the many color variations in monitors and browsers, photos may appear different and therefore I cannot guarantee that colors will look exactly the same.
